Villa Nera is spread over two floors and it is 248 m2 big. On the ground floor you can find a kitchen, dining room, living room, double bed bedroom and bathroom with shower and washing machine and also a separate guest toilet. Kitchen is equipped with an oven, refrigerator with freezer, water boiler, toaster, coffee machine and all other cookware you need to prepare meals. In the living room you can find a very comfortable sofa and SAT TV. Dining room offers a comfortable table for 8 people. From the living area on the ground floor there is an exit to a spacious terrace with a table for 8 people and stone grill.

On the first floor three additional bedrooms are at your disposal. All of them are equipped with king sized beds. There is one additional bathroom with a shower. From two bedrooms is an exit to a shaded terrace where you can relax. Holiday house is airconditioned and it has a Wi-Fi connection.

House is situated in a beautiful green garden, offering numerous shaded spots. Large swimming pool, size of 25 m2 will take care of cooling on hot summer days. Eight sun chairs are available for the guests, some are beside the pool, some can be found on an additional shaded terrace with wooden outside dining area situated by the stone grill, where you can prepare delicious mediterranean cuisine. The 730 m2 property is fully enclosed with a stone fence. By the house are parking for several cars.

Owners, a lovely elderly couple, are living in the private part of the house with a private entrance, but they do use the pool.
